Asia Orangio: [00:00:00] We almost always start with customer research - it's a non-negotiable . If we're not doing customer research, we're basically guessing.
[00:00:05] And then we're going to ask them all kinds of questions about their world. What was the ultimate trigger point that led them to looking for a solution or even considering a solution like yours in the first place?
[00:00:16] What triggered them? What motivated them? And what are the process upon which they are actually going to look for other solutions?
[00:00:23] But I think the other important thing is that these are people that you ultimately like. You like serving them, you like working with them, you like hearing from them. Things that indicate what a good customer might look like.
